Mr. Lipshutz is responsible for managing the firm’s personal injury and catastrophic injury practice. He has been enormously successful in representing victims of car accidents, truck accidents, nursing home abuse and defective products, having recovered millions of dollars in jury verdicts and settlements for the firm’s clients. He also handles a select number of business litigation and employment matters.
Upon entering private practice in 1994, Mr. Lipshutz worked as an attorney for a law firm handling insurance defense matters giving him unique insight and experience into the handling of personal injury matters from both the defendant’s and plaintiff’s perspectives. Since 1998 Mr. Lipshutz who is admitted in Maryland, DC, and Florida has handled cases exclusively for the injured victims in personal injury matters.
Since 2010, Mr. Lipshutz has been given the highest possible rating in the Martindale Hubbell Lawyers Directory – “AV” signifying very high to pre-eminent legal ability and very high ethical standards as established by confidential opinions from members of the Bar. Mr. Lipshutz has been selected as a “Super Lawyer” from 2008 – 2022. Super Lawyers selects attorneys using peer nominations and evaluations along with independent research.
